NAGHAM ODEH | CHIEF LEARNING OFFICER MEd, SDI, EQ, Hogan Ms. Odeh, Chief Learning Officer at AUREA Consultancy, is an associate member of the American Psychological Association, and certified Strength Deployment Inventory, Certified HPI-HDS-MVPI Hogan Assessments, and Daniel Goleman EQ module. She is also an assessor for Organizational Development, a master trainer and seminars presenter for executive management level. Ms. Odeh’s accreditations qualify for CE credits for the International Coaching Federation - ICF, International Society for Performance Improvement- ISPI & and the American Psychological Association –APA. Her previous work experience covered Education and Training associated with graduates & undergraduates level of participants due to PhD candidate post for scholarship program. ESTHER VAN VEEN | CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER Ms. van Veen, Chief Operations Officer of AUREA Consultancy enriches our operations system with her exceptional international orientation expertise to boost all operational & logistical requirements. Ms. van Veen is a Master of Arts in European Studies at the University of Amsterdam. Over the past decade, she has developed her leadership & entrepreneurship skills in being a Tour Guide and Tour Manager (in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Asia, North and South America), and in being a Freelance Travel Writer/Photographer. She wrote five books on travel and culture, and her articles and photos have been published in a diverse array of Dutch and international publications. Her experience as a self-employed Tour Manager flourished her communication style and organizational abilities. Ms. Mertel | MA, PCC

Mr. McClellan | M.S., MBA
Daniel McClellan has served in a variety of senior leadership positions in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. With the benefit of this practical experience he supports clients in harmonizing policy, strategy, and organizational leadership to improve personal, team and organizational performance. During his 27 years of service with the U.S. Coast Guard, he served as Deputy Director of Reserve, Training and Leadership, with day-today oversight of the workforce performance, training, and leadership development systems supporting a global workforce of 87,000 members involved in safety, security and environmental protection missions. Captain McClellan holds a B.S. in Government from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, a M.S./MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and served as a National Security Fellow at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. He currently is a PhD candidate at Benedictine University’s Center for Value-Driven Leadership. |
Mr. Robert (Bob) De Asha BA, MBPsS, Assoc CIPD
Bob is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He developed his leadership skills as a residential property manager responsible for a multi-disciplinary team, a rent-roll of over a £1M per week and an annual capital budget of over £10M, before building a career in people development. Bob was responsible for a management development unit in the UK’s National Health Service, supporting the transition from hospital administration to general management and developing health care commissioning. He has been a consultant for over 20 years, managing his own company and working with niche leadership development consultancies, such as the Centre for High Performance Development and AUREA Consultancy. He has consulted for companies across Asia, Europe, Middle East and North America in automotive, financial services, healthcare, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and retail. More recently he has lived in the Middle East and worked for national oil companies, or their joint ventures, in Qatar and United Arab Emirates, where he developed and embedded talent management and development systems and programmes and improved organizational effectiveness through performance management, culture change and executive development. Ms. Gold | BA (Hons), MBA
Ms. Gold has over 30 years working experience as a management consultant, she also held posts in senior leadership teams as Director of Strategy and Organisation and Director of Operations. Working with a number of international consultancies, she has delivered consultancy support in the areas individual, team & organisational change, strategy, executive coaching and leadership, working with in a wide range of industry sectors including a number of international ‘not for profit’ organisations. For the past 6 years Ms. Gold has been actively involved in the Startup Ecosystem in the MENA Region, with a particular interest in youth and women entrepreneurs. After leading the Global Entrepreneurship Week Host Organisation in Qatar for 4 years, she is currently a member of the Global Advisory Board for the Global Entrepreneurship Network (see www.genglobal.org) and Co-Founder of GEN UK. She recently moved back to the UK after living in Qatar for 8 years. Ms. Gold is a regular keynote speaker at conferences on the topics of women entrepreneurs, the Global Entrepreneurship Network and business Startups. As a qualified business coach and keen supporter of entrepreneurship, she is happy to help facilitate the development of Startup Teams, Incubators and Accelerators, and mentor individual entrepreneurs. |

Mr. Leen van Veen acts as the Chief Counseling Advisor of AUREA Consultancy. His senior experience in Dutch government level consultancy, trainings, workshops, mediation and counseling adds to the in-depth value of AUREA services. As a graduate of Masters of Business Administration, Mr. van Veen has over 40 years of experience in the realm of the Dutch general government, the Dutch Health Care sector and in the realm of Purchasing & Project management. Mr. van Veen’s career significance lies in his experience with executive management teams, and his experience in Interim Management. He represented many health care institutions, was in charge of directing governmental purchasing transactions for public school and health, worked as an executive director at an institution for disabled people, and was the financial director of a hospital. Besides, Mr. van Veen held a senior position in the advisory consultancy bureau of Twijnstra & Gudde, and later on owned his own consultancy business, Van Veen-Verstegen Management Consultancy. Mr. van Veen excels in his communication with a bold charismatic presence. His enthusiasm, passion and drive for achievement governs his behavioral pattern. Highly perceptive, intuitive and of accommodating nature. Mr. van Veen’s capacity to lead Macro and manage Micro projects are interrelated, as he is high on prudence and yet, visualizes the bigger picture.
